KLASS RIDE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using Klass Ride (the "App"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions
"App": Klass Ride software (iOS/Android).

"Services": Ride aggregation, booking, and payment processing.

"Third-Party Providers": Uber, Bolt, BlackCab, etc.

"User": You, the individual or entity using Klass Ride.

2. Account Requirements
A. Registration
Must provide: Full name, valid email, phone number, gender (optional).

Verification via SMS/email code is mandatory.

Accounts are non-transferable.

B. Prohibited Conduct
❌ No fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent bookings.
❌ No chargebacks without prior contact with Klass Ride support.

3. Ride Aggregation & Booking
A. Price Comparison
Klass Ride displays real-time prices from Third-Party Providers.

Final ride terms (ETAs, cancellations, driver conduct) are controlled by the Provider, not Klass Ride.

B. Discounts & Commissions
If you link your Uber/Bolt account, Klass Ride:

Compares your discounts with ours.

Retains the difference as commission if our discount is better.

Users opt in to this feature during account linking.

4. Payments & Refunds
Payment Processor: NETOPIA (handles all transactions securely).

No refunds for completed rides—disputes must go through the Third-Party Provider.

Cancellation fees (if applicable) follow Provider policies.

5. User Responsibilities
✔ You agree to:

Provide accurate pickup/destination details.

Pay all fees (including surge pricing).

Treat drivers with respect.

❌ You must NOT:

Book rides for minors/unverified users.

Use Klass Ride for illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability
Klass Ride aggregates prices but does not provide rides.

Not liable for:

Driver behavior, accidents, or delays.

Lost/stolen items in vehicles.

Pricing errors by Third-Party Providers.

7. Termination
We may suspend or ban accounts for:

Fraudulent activity

Violating these Terms

Excessive cancellations

8. Governing Law & Disputes
Romanian law applies.

Disputes must first go through 30-day negotiation with Klass Ride.

If unresolved, settled in Romanian courts.

9. Amendments
We may update these Terms.

Continued use = acceptance of changes.
